Discover how everyday waste paper can be transformed into something new in this fun, hands-on workshop for children aged 8+ and adults.

Learn how to make seeded paper at home using recycled paper such as old homework, drawings and newsletters, then add seeds from the GRLC Seed Library to create paper that can be planted and grown.

No experience is required and all abilities are welcome. The workshop is beginner-friendly, with no more than six participants at a time. It encourages recycling, creativity and community participation, while raising awareness of planting local and Indigenous flora.

All materials are provided at no cost. Some handmade papers will be displayed while they dry, with participants able to collect their finished paper from the library at a later date.
